Illinois Products Corporation makes specialty items for brick and concrete masonry construction. Our products are designed to improve the quality of the structure and make the mason's job easier.

In the 1960s, we pioneered the concept of correctly proportioning dry powder in plastic bags for accelerating the set of winter mortar. We were the first to produce patented pre-formed flashing corners, pre-formed flashing end dams, and stainless steel drip edges in the late 1980s, and most recently, the introduction of stainless steel stone anchors and dowels to the product line.

Joe Svejda

Joe is the owner and head of the team at Illinois Products. With over 30 years in the business, Joe has been the driving force in product development and marketing the wildly popular IPCO Flashing system and mortar additives. Joe has a lovely wife, Elaine, and 5 grown children. Between Joe and Elaine there is an ever-growing count of grandchildren. In his spare time, Joe sings with the Downers Grove Choral Society, enjoys a vigorous workout regimen, and likes to travel to visit new places for new experiences. Joe is committed to the education of safe and correct use of construction materials and the continuation of the sterling IPCO reputation.

Ron Hood

Plant Manager

Ron has a full lifetime of experience as a mechanic and plant manager. He is experienced in the production and manufacturing of stone anchors and mechanics to keep the factory humming along. Ron has a wife and three children and many grandchildren and two dogs. In his spare time, he loves camping and all things guitars and music. Ron is especially committed to our customers and to making sure our customers’ needs are met through consistent production management.

John has over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing and sales of masonry anchoring systems. John has a wife, two sons, and two loving granddaughters and lived and worked in the Chicago area his entire life. He is an avid runner and enjoys his two dogs at home. John is committed to helping our customers acquire the correct anchors for their projects.

Allison Ryan

Allison runs all things administrative at Illinois Products Corporation. From logistics to invoices to marketing, she will likely be helping you handle it. Allison has two school-aged daughters that keep her busy outside of her work at IPCO. Together, they like to spend as much time outside, whether at the local pool or in the garden or taking a family bicycle ride.
